- Speedarc
wires for welding of mild and low alloy steel
|
| The
Speedarc range covers |
|
|
Rutile
Cored Gas-shielded wires
Basic
cored Gas-shielded wires
Metal-cored
gas-shielded wires and
Self-shielded
Open arc wires |
| These
wires are available in conformity with the AWS and DIN
specifications. These wires are designed to provide
improved productivity and economy. Welding Alloys
Speedarc range comprises of a wide range of alloys to
suit various fabrication requirements. |
- Speedarc
Submerged Arc wires
|
| A
wide range of tubular wires and fluxes are available
for submerged arc welding of steels. This includes wires
for the following: |
|
|
Carbon-Manganese
mild and high strength steels
Sub-zero
impact offshore applications
Creep-resistant
Chromium-Molybdenum steels
Corten
and weathering steels
High
Strength steels.
|
| Speedarc
submerged arc wires used with WAF 325 flux offer distinct
advantages over solid wire-flux welding and they are:
|
|
|
Higher
deposition rates
Fluxing
additions facilitate improved tolerance to plate primers
Lower
weld-metal-hydrogen levels
|
- Tetra-S
and Tetra-V stainless steel gas-shielded wires
|
|
The
TETRA-S & V ranges of wires have been developed
for high speed welding of stainless steels. Modified
slag of the TETRA-V version allows faster completion
of vertical welds with excellent bead appearance in
the flat position. These wires are available in all
the commonly used 300 Series austenitic stainless
steel grades, viz., 308L, 347L, 316L, 318L, 309L,
309MoL etc; Controlled carbon grades such as 308H,
316H, 309H etc., as well as in Duplex and Super-austenitic
stainless steel grades such as 2209, 904L etc.
Welding
Alloys can also manufacture wires for any specific
alloys required by you.
