Single Roll Cladder

These systems are used for welding of steel mill rolls used in continuous casting mills as well as hot strip mills. They are designed to accommodate one or more rolls of various dimensions and up to 6000 Kg weight. Modularly constructed, additional welding heads can be employed to increase deposition rates.

 

Single Roll Cladderwith two welding heads

Modularly designed two welding heads with separate control of each welding head and to increase the deposition rates for welding of steel mill rolls used in continuous casting mills as well as hot strip mills. They are designed to accommodate one or more rolls of various dimensions and up to 6000 Kg weight.
 

Twin Roll Cladder

These systems are used for welding of steel mill rolls used in continuous casting mills as well as hot strip mills. They are designed to accommodate one or more rolls of various dimensions and up to 3000 Kg weight. Modularly constructed, additional welding heads can be employed to increase deposition rates.
 

Large Roll Cladder – 12000 Kg Component weight

These systems are used for welding of steel mill rolls used in continuous casting mills as well as hot strip mills. They are designed to accommodate one or more rolls of various dimensions and up to 12000 Kg weight. Modularly constructed, additional welding heads can be employed to increase deposition rates.
 

Ring Manipulator RM 6000

Ring manipulator is a modular welding system with a heavy duty work piece weighing up to 6000 Kg rotation with digital welding controls. The manipulator provides a 120 degree tilt and digital control of welding head and spindle/tilt movements.

 

Manipulator M 5000

This is a heavy duty welding workstation for welding component weights of 5000 Kg and of 3000 mm diameter. The manipulator provides a 120 degree tilt and digital control of welding head and spindle/tilt movements.
